Celebrate 2005
results with us! January 2006
We are pleased to report that performance of
Intelli-Timer in 2005 has been impressive, just as in
previous years. QQQQ trading according to system's
signals in the period from Jan. 1, 2005 to Dec. 31,
2005 has resulted in an outstanding 21% return.
Trading QQQQ on margin has produced a whopping 46%.
As you probably know, 2005 has been a very difficult
year for the markets. Nasdaq-100 spent most of the
year without a clear long-term trend and, in the end,
has returned a meager 1%. It's been a difficult year
for trading systems as well. Trend-following systems
such as TimingCube have not performed well due to the
absence of strong trends. On the other hand, short
term swing-trading systems such as StockMarketTimer
have experienced too many whipsaws.
Intelli-Timer is a contrarian, sentiment-driven
system. As such, it is neither a trend-following nor a
swing-trading system. Frequency of trading is not
built into system's logic, but depends on current
market conditions. Intelli-Timer is a trend-prediction
system that uses sentiment and other data in order to
identify mid- and long-term market tops and bottoms.
Most of the time it does so very successfully. As a
result, in 2005 Intelli-Timer has performed much
better than other well known market timing systems.
Below is the list of these systems and their 2005
(Jan. 3 - Dec. 30) returns for QQQQ trading:
Intelli-Timer 21%
StockMarketTimer 11%
IndexPilot NDX 11%
Highlight QQQQ 11%
Stock Market Pivots 5%
Nasdaq Wizard 3%
TimingCube 0%
FundSpectrum -3%
We are confident that 2006 will end up being even more
rewarding for our
subscribers. Stay tuned!
